Many of my clients are committed to train weekly because they get to share time with a buddy, a significant other, or someone they enjoy getting to know better. Choose someone you know will support you in showing up to care for yourself or get to know complete strangers who have your back by reaching out to me for a small group session.

Group sessions

How it works

For moms: If you are a mom and would like to bring your mom friends I will design workouts that support your bodies and the repetitive movements you do all day with little ones. I coach pregnant moms, postpartum women, and beyond. I give options for all levels. Babies and toddlers are welcome to join online or outdoors. Outdoor classes have activities for the little ones too.

For groups: If you’d like to get connected with a buddy or a small group, click the link below, to fill out a form. Let me know your availability and ideal schedule for sessions. Be sure to click the box that says I’m interested in buddy workouts and/or I’m interested in a small group.
